Class Descriptions

Cards for Troops: Donations

The purpose of this unique program is to create handmade cards for our soldiers. We send them the blank cards so they can pick out and write personal cards back to their loved ones to send out. When they receive them, they hand write a personal message inside and sent them to their family and friends back home. We create a variety of cards such as Thinking of You, I Love You, Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary and Just Because. Cards for Troops will be held the second Saturday of every month. Together we can make a difference!

Scrap Bingo: $5.00

This is a great way to have more time to get together with your friends.  Come in and scrapbook while playing games of Bingo and win great prizes.

Beginners Scrapbooking    $15.00  

Instructor: Brandi 

New to scrapbooking? Join us for a 2 hour class that will provide you with basic information on how to get started. You will learn about different tools, albums, creating a photo safe environment, organization, and so much more. You will go home with a two page layout.   Please bring 6 - 8 themed pictures. If you already have a paper trimmer and adhesives, bring those as well. If not, you can purchase them here the night of the class.  Classes are held the first Tuesday of every month from 6pm-8pm.

Intermediate Scrapbooking    $15.00

Would you like to take your scrapbooking to a new level?  You will learn to use new techniques to embellish your layouts.  You will learn to use stickers, ribbon, rub-ons, chalk, eyelets, punches, foam tape, buttons, chipboard, stickles, flowers and die cuts.  You will create a 2 page layout.  Please bring 6 - 8 themed pictures, adhesives, paper tripper and scissors. This class is held the second Tuesday of every month from 6pm-8pm

Advanced Scrapbooking $15.00

Do you feel like you know the basics of scrapbooking but wish you could take it to the next level? In this class we will learn new techniques for creating eye catching layouts. This class will involve more techniques used in scrapbooking. Some of the techniques we will cover are borders, chalking, masking, stamping, stenciling, tearing, tags, vellum, and fonts. We will be doing a 2 page layout. Please bring 6-8 themed pictures, adhesive, paper trimmer, and scissors

This class is held the third Tuesday of every month from 6pm-8pm

Beginners Cricut $15.00

Learn the wonderful features and tricks these fantastic machines have to offer. We'll cover all the basics you need to know, show you tools of the trade, and helpful hints we've discovered along the way. Please bring at least 2 different colored 12x12 solid cardstock (at least 65lb), adhesive, paper trimmer, your Cricut machine, Cricut cartridges, and any Cricut tools you have. Also note taking material is always a plus. Classes are the first Wednesday of every month from 6pm-8pm.

Intermediate Cricut $15.00

Think you've mastered the basics of your Cricut? Then you might be ready to 'step-it-up' by taking our Intermediate Cricut class. This is where we'll start having a lot more fun. You'll learn fun new features and even swap your cricut blade for cricut markers! So if your ready to step it up, call us today and sign up! Intermediate Cricut classes are the second Wednesday of every month from 6pm-8pm.

Advanced Cricut $15.00

This is probably the most exciting Cricut class we have available! Are you ready to see what this fantastic machine can REALLY do? You will learn how to cut vinyl, chipboard and yes!! Fabric!! We will go over all the fantastic project idea's you can create with these mediums.  We'll even dive in a little further and help demo what 'Design Studio' is and how it can be such a big help with your Cricut! Advanced Cricut classes are the third Wednesday of every month from 6pm-8pm.

CRICUT CLUB

$25.00 a year or $5.00 a month

Our cricut Club is finally here!  We will meet the second Sunday of each month from 1-4pm.  We will have a sign up list of members and what cartridges each have and are willing to bring and share.  We will swap ideas and cartridges during the time we are here.  Also, the store has several cartridges that we have available to use.  Club members can bring their machine in and use them any time.  Others can use them at the monthly get-together.  This is a great opportunity to use cartridges that you don't have or don't want to buy.  With the economy as it is, I can't think of a better way to get the most use out of our machines and still save money.  Come join us for a fun-filled afternoon!

Have you looked back at your scrapbooks and every realized that there isn’t much about you in there? This is a year long class that will document 365 days of your life and leave a bit of you for your future generations.  Preserve your memories, journal your thoughts, and create a wonderful personal keepsake.  The class will be held monthly for a full year. We will be doing new techniques each month and getting together to share a time that we can scrapbook about ourselves.  Together we will give you the inspiration you need to document all 365 days of 2010. You can join in any month. The initial cost of the class covers the first month’s kit and your album. Each month you can come either join the class or pick up the kit for that month.

Disney Autograph Book $25.00

Spring Break is just around the corner and many families will be making their trips to the Happiest Place on Earth, Disneyland! Come in and create a great autograph book to take with you on your trip. This book will include pages for each of the most seen characters at Disneyland and Disney World. We will be creating tags that are can be taken on your trip and then placed in the book when you return. Join us for a fun time of all things Disney.
